Cookies We Use

Essential cookies: cookies required for the site to function, such as session management (member login, cart, admin login) and your language preference. The site cannot work properly without them and they do not require consent.

Analytics cookies: we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) on this site. It lets us measure how often pages are viewed, which sources visitors arrive from, and general usage trends. For this purpose Google places cookies in your browser and processes a random visitor identifier together with your IP address, device/browser information and the pages you visit.

Usage analysis cookies: we use Microsoft Clarity to improve the usability of the site. It records how you navigate and interact with a page (mouse movement, clicks, scrolling, time on page) and produces heatmaps and session recordings. Text you type into forms and any personal data you enter are masked in those recordings; passwords and form contents never reach us as images.

Marketing cookies: we use Meta Pixel on this site. The products you view, add-to-cart, checkout start and purchase information are shared with Meta, and used to measure our Instagram and Facebook ads and to show you products you may like. You can switch this cookie off at any time as described under "Managing Cookies" below.

Ad measurement cookies: we use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the effect of our Google ads. When you arrive by clicking a Google ad, Google places a cookie in your browser; if you place an order, the order number and amount are matched to that click and reported to Google. Your name, address, contact or payment details are not shared with Google.

We evaluate analytics data only in aggregate, statistical form and never use it to identify you personally.

Third-Party Providers and Transfers Abroad

Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited, and the data collected may be processed on Google servers located abroad. Measurement data is processed as part of that service; Luna Collectables accesses it only as aggregate reports.

Microsoft Clarity is provided by Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, and session data is processed on Microsoft servers located abroad. Recordings are retained for a limited period and reviewed solely to improve the site experience.

Meta Pixel is provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, and data is processed on Meta servers located abroad.

Google Ads is provided by Google Ireland Limited, and conversion data may be processed on Google servers located abroad.

If you do not want to be measured, you can opt out using the methods under "Managing Cookies" below.

Managing Cookies

You can delete or block cookies from your browser settings. If essential cookies are blocked, some parts of the site (e.g. language preference, sessions, cart) may not work as expected.

To switch off Google Analytics measurement across all websites, you can install Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or use your browser's tracking-protection / third-party cookie blocking settings.

To switch off Microsoft Clarity, you can use your browser's tracking-protection settings or update your preferences in Microsoft's privacy centre. If "Do Not Track" is enabled in your browser, no session recording is taken.

To switch off Meta Pixel, use the "Turn off the marketing cookie" button at the bottom of this page. Once switched off, Meta Pixel stops in this browser from the next page load.

To limit Google advertising cookies, use My Ad Center (myadcenter.google.com) in your Google account or your browser's third-party cookie blocking setting.
