1. Personal Data We Process

Depending on the channel you use, the following personal data is processed.

Through the website:

• Name and message content (contact forms)
• Email address (launch list sign-ups)
• Traffic data: IP address, browser information, pages visited (site security and operation)

Through sign-up forms on Instagram and Facebook (Meta):

• Name
• Phone number
• The preference questions you answer in the form (brands you follow, product categories, your collecting habits, preferred shopping channel)

2. Collection Method and Legal Grounds

Your personal data is collected electronically through the forms on our website, the sign-up forms we publish on Instagram/Facebook (Meta instant forms), and the direct communication channels you use to reach us.

Under Article 5 of KVKK, your data is processed on the following legal grounds:

• Opening and campaign announcements and marketing communication: your explicit consent
• Responding to your requests and questions: direct relation to the conclusion/performance of a contract
• Keeping the site secure and functional: legitimate interest

3. Purposes of Processing

• Building the launch list and delivering opening/campaign announcements
• Planning our products and services according to your interests and preferences (aggregate and statistical analysis of form answers)
• Responding to requests, questions and complaints
• Ensuring the security and operation of the website

Your form answers (brand and product preferences) are evaluated only in aggregate/statistical form, for the purpose of planning our product range.

4. Transfers and Transfers Abroad

Your personal data is not shared with third parties in Turkey; it may only be transferred to authorised public institutions where legally required.

Because sign-up forms are collected via Instagram/Facebook and announcements are delivered via WhatsApp, your data is processed on servers located abroad that belong to Meta Platforms, the provider of these services. If you sign up through these channels, that transfer is based on your explicit consent under Article 9 of KVKK.

5. Retention

Your personal data is retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires; data relating to marketing communication is retained until you withdraw your explicit consent. Once you withdraw your consent, your data is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period.

6. Commercial Electronic Messages

Under Turkish Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, your approval is obtained before commercial electronic messages are sent to you by SMS, phone, WhatsApp or email. You can withdraw your approval at any time by following the instructions in the message or by contacting us through the channels below.

7. Your Rights Under KVKK

Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose; know the third parties to whom the data has been transferred in Turkey or abroad; request correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed data; request its erasure or destruction; request that these actions be notified to the third parties the data was transferred to; object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis; and claim compensation if you suffer damage.
