2. Essential Characteristics of the Products

Luna Collectables sells factory-sealed trading card game products (boosters, boxes, sets), single cards, collectibles and accessories. All products are genuine and sourced through official channels.

The contents of sealed products are determined by the manufacturer's random distribution; no particular card is guaranteed. The condition and, where relevant, language/print details of single cards are stated on the product page. Product images are representative.

3. Price, Taxes and Payment

All prices are in Turkish lira and include VAT. Apart from the products, only the shipping fee is added to the order total; there are no other taxes, duties or charges.

The shipping fee is TRY 149.00; shipping is free for orders of TRY 3,000.00 or more.

Payment methods:

• Credit / debit card: through the licensed payment institution PayTR with 3D Secure verification. Any instalment options and amounts are shown at checkout. Your card details never reach the Seller and are not stored.
• Bank transfer: pay to the account shown after ordering within 24 hours. Orders not paid within that window are cancelled automatically.

4. Delivery

Delivery is made throughout Turkey to the address given in the order form, by our contracted carrier. Once payment is confirmed the order is shipped within 1 business days at the latest; orders placed before 17:00 are usually shipped the next business day. Delivery never exceeds 30 days; if it does, you may withdraw from the contract.

The tracking number is emailed to you and shown on the order page. Shipments are insured.

Please inspect the parcel on delivery; if it is crushed, torn or opened, have the courier draw up a damage report, refuse the parcel and notify us.

5. Right of Withdrawal

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason and without penalty. It is sufficient to send your withdrawal notice within that period through one of the following channels:

You must send the goods back to us within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, sealed and complete as delivered. If you ship with the contracted-carrier code we provide, the return shipping cost is borne by the Seller; if you use another carrier, the shipping cost is yours.

Within 14 days of the goods reaching us, the price of the goods and any outbound shipping fee you paid are refunded through the payment method you used (to your card or bank account). How quickly a card refund appears on your statement depends on your bank.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Under article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following:

• Factory-sealed products (booster packs, booster boxes, ETBs, tins, collector boxes and the like) whose seal, wrapping, band or packaging has been opened after delivery. Their contents are randomly distributed and their value depends on the seal being intact; once opened they cannot be resold (Distance Contracts Regulation, art. 15).
• Single cards and accessories whose protective sleeve, wrapping or packaging has been opened.
• Products prepared or personalised according to the consumer's wishes or personal needs.
• Products whose price depends on fluctuations in financial markets outside the Seller's control.

Your statutory rights regarding defective goods (damaged, incomplete or different from what was ordered) are not affected by these exceptions; see the Returns and Exchanges page.

7. Complaints and Disputes

You can send any complaint or request through the contact channels above. In case of a dispute you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee at your place of residence or at the Seller's location, within the monetary limits set annually by the Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Courts above those limits.

8. Acceptance and Storage

By accepting this form at checkout you confirm that you have received the preliminary information. The accepted text and the date and time of acceptance are stored by the Seller together with your order; a copy is emailed to you on request.
