Terms of Use and Membership Agreement

1. Definitions

• Site: the online store served under the www.lunacollectables.com domain and its sub-pages.
• User / Member: any natural person who visits the Site, opens an account or places an order as a guest.
• Products: trading card game (TCG) products offered on the Site — factory-sealed boosters, boxes and sets, single cards, collectibles and accessories.
• My Account: the area where a member manages their profile, address book, order history, permissions and sessions.

2. Membership

Membership is free and open to persons aged 18 or over. Minors may shop only through their legal representatives.

The User confirms that the information given in registration and order forms is accurate, current and their own. The Seller is not liable for deliveries that fail because of incorrect or incomplete information.

Account and password security is the User's responsibility. A User who suspects unauthorised access can sign out of all sessions from My Account → Sessions and reset their password. Sign-in with Google is tied to the verified email address of the Google account.

The Seller may suspend or close an account when it detects use contrary to this agreement or the law; rights arising from orders already placed are preserved.

3. Rules of Use

The User uses the Site solely for personal shopping and in compliance with the law, public morality and this agreement. The following are prohibited:

• Bulk access to the Site through automated tools, bots or scrapers; systematic copying of stock, price or content data
• Creating accounts or orders under a false identity or with someone else's details
• Abusing payment systems, coupons or campaigns; initiating unjustified chargebacks for goods that were delivered
• Any interference that disrupts the security or operation of the Site or the experience of other users

4. Products, Prices and Stock

Prices are in Turkish lira and include VAT. Any shipping fee is shown separately in the cart and at checkout. The Seller may update prices and stock without notice; the price at the time of ordering applies.

In the event of an obvious pricing or stock error (for example a product listed far below market value due to a system fault) the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order and refund any amount collected within 14 days; the User is informed immediately.

The contents of sealed products (boosters, boxes, ETBs, tins etc.) are determined by the manufacturer's random distribution. The Seller does not guarantee that any particular card will be found in a product; product images are representative. The condition of single cards is stated on the product page.

Luna Collectables warrants that all products it sells are genuine and sourced through official channels.

5. Orders and Payment

An order is placed when the User accepts the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement at checkout and presses "Place order"; the accepted texts and the time of acceptance are recorded with the order.

Credit and debit card payments are taken with 3D Secure through PayTR, a payment institution licensed by the Turkish banking regulator (BDDK); card details never reach the Seller and are not stored.

For bank transfers, the order is confirmed once the amount reaches the Seller's account within 24 hours; when the window expires the order is cancelled automatically and the reserved stock is released.

Once payment is confirmed the order is shipped within the period stated in the Distance Sales Agreement, and tracking details are emailed to the User.

6. Delivery, Withdrawal and Returns

Delivery, the right of withdrawal, returns and exchanges are governed by the Distance Sales Agreement and the Returns and Exchanges page, both of which form an integral part of this agreement. Statutory consumer rights are preserved in all cases.

7. Personal Data and Commercial Messages

Your personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy and KVKK Notice. Campaign and announcement messages are sent only on the basis of your separate consent, which you can withdraw at any time from My Account → Permissions.

8. Intellectual Property

The design, texts, logo and software of the Site belong to Luna Collectables and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. Pokémon, One Piece and similar game and brand names and card artwork belong to their respective owners; Luna Collectables is an independent retailer of these brands and has no partnership or official affiliation with their owners.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Seller makes reasonable efforts to keep the Site available and error-free but is not liable for temporary interruptions caused by maintenance, updates or events outside its control. Where a delay originates with the carrier or the payment institution, the Seller supports the User in resolving it. Nothing in this clause limits the mandatory consumer rights under Law No. 6502.

10. Termination

The User may end their membership at any time through the account-deletion request in My Account → Permissions. Order and invoice records still within their statutory retention period are kept in anonymised form. The Seller's right of suspension and closure under clause 2 is preserved.

11. Changes

The Seller may update this agreement; the current text takes effect on the date it is published on the Site, which is stated at the top of the text. Material changes are announced to members by email. Orders already placed remain subject to the text in force at the time of ordering.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by Turkish law. Disputes arising from consumer transactions fall within the competence of the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the User's or the Seller's place of residence, within the monetary limits set annually by the Ministry of Trade, and of the Consumer Courts above those limits. Other disputes are heard by the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Antalya.
